Breathing, Stretching, Grateful – The Evergreen Health Club (since 2013)

We are people that enjoy breathing and getting body and mind fit, surrounded by nature.

We meet twice/week, in the garden, to enjoy and celebrate our body and mind through mindful breathing, exercising and stretching. We go slow (the Hata-yoga way) or we go fast (resistance and high intensive interval training exercises) – as we feel and as we like it.

We take good time for our body, mind and soul, and we became friends for life, growing together as a beautiful family.

We talk and share about good food, and we keep our mind happy and grateful, to enjoy The Evergreen Health life-long.

Come, join, celebrate and grow with us, every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 10.15am, in the garden.
