Join our fitness class at The Evergreen Health Club!

We meet four times a week to enjoy and celebrate our body and mind through mindful breathing, exercising and stretching. Classes are conducted online so you can follow from the comfort of your home!

I have been running this fitness class since 2013 and every session is different.

We go slow (the Hata-yoga way) or we go fast (resistance and high intensive interval training exercises) – as we feel and as we like it.

We take good time for our body, mind and soul, and we became friends for life, growing together as a beautiful family.

Come, join, celebrate and grow with us, every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 10.00am online.
