My name is Sharina. I would like to share what I learnt from Lili and how it has benefited me. Maybe it can also help you.

I attended Lili’s sourdough class where she mentioned that we can actually reverse diabetes. I told her that I am pre-diabetic and doctors in Changi General Hospital actually recommended I do bariatric surgery (a surgery procedure to make the stomach smaller).

She was shocked and said I don’t need surgery. She told me what I should do. What kind of food I should change and straightaway on the next day, I started the journey.

When I first met her my weight is actually 100.6. Yeah, and then after I do, the next day I lost 2 Kilo. Can you beat that?

In one week I was already at 96.3 Kilo. Of course the first week was the most and then slowly gradually went down.

Yeah, so she she gave me a lot of tips on what to eat and what I did right was every time I had my meals I would think photo and send to her. So she would say, Okay. This is too much of protein. You know, you should go on fats – good fats. Yeah, so it’s the fats that actually burn fats? Yeah. So if you want to know more you can actually ask Lili.

I had another appointment with CGH. When I went in for my blood test, the result was very good. It was like below 6 yeah. And I lost so much weight also. So the doctor was quite shocked. She said you lose so much weight, then you cannot go for bariatric.

Within 8 weeks or two months. I lost a total of almost of almost 10kg. Lili said just enjoy. Just enjoy what you’re eating. You can take carbs if you want but not more than three spoons. Yeah, so when I went for wedding and I see dessert, I do it. I take 3-4 spoon and I’m happy with it.

And the best part is after a while, I didn’t follow the diet that she tell me I just bear in mind what is right and what is not right. I continued the intermittent fasting. I didn’t put on any weight nor do I eat more than the first two months.

Slowly, steadily, but most importantly, my blood result is very good. My clothes I’m not using XXXL anymore. Currently I can even use some of my daughter’s clothes!

So I like to tell everyone here that you can reverse diabetes. You can be healthier. You just have to trust the process. Yeah, and be happy with whatever you are doing. I like to thank Lili for showing me for guiding me and always having trust in me. Thank you so much.
